TERMS OF RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION
Terms of cancellation:
Cancellation free of charge until 6 p.m. prior to the day of arrival. Otherwise 50% of the price equivalent to the rate of the reserved room can be charged. The cancellation of the room reservation made after noon on the day of arrival, or the complete ignorance of the cancellation, will occur 100% charge of the room rate (varying on the situation the payment can be negotiated}. A guarantee for the room reservation is required if the customer checks in after 6 p.m. Credit card information can be used as a guarantee, or if the customer is known to the hotel, a notice of a late check-in time is needed. The hotel may decide to resell the room, with no guarantee, if the late check-in time is not informed or confirmed or the customer has not checked in by 6 p.m.
Cancellation of group reservations:
Cancellation of group reservation free of charge:
a) When the cancellation consists of at least 50% of the group 21 days prior to arrival.
b) When the cancellation consists of less than 50% of the group 14 days prior to arrival.
A later cancellation entitles the lodging company to be compensated of the agreed price in the following manner:

In the case of a late cancellation, the possible advance deposit may be retained. That is if the cancellation is made 13-7 days prior to the reservation.
Confirmation of conference reservation, changes in the number of participants and cancellation:
The customer must confirm the final number of participants three (3) days prior to the beginning of the event. At the same time, the schedule is confirmed and possible special requests are made. The customer is bound to pay the agreed price regardless of the actual number of participants. If there are clearly less participants than expected, or the event is cancelled, the agreed number of participants and the price are binding (varying on the situation, the terms can be negotiated).
Special requests and services excluded in the conference package are charged separately.
A cancellation made later than 14 days prior to the beginning of the event may incur a 50% charge of the agreed price. A cancellation of the event made later than 24 hours prior to the beginning of the event may incur a 100% charge of the agreed price.
